Fuel and Lead was built on one core truth: food gets complicated when pressure gets high and live is chaos.I’m Anna Wittmann, a Public Health Nutritionist, Researcher, Ghostwriter and Founder of Fuel and Lead.I created this brand for high performers who want sharp focus, steadier energy, and more selft-trust around food.People who are highly capable in their work … but still feel the pull of food noise, energy crashes, and late-day spirals when life gets loud.My work brings together nutritional science, behavior change, and a human understanding of why we eat so you can stop treating food
